Terms of Service

By using ScryBrew (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

ScryBrew is unofficial fan content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. We are not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

Portions of ScryBrew may use trademarks and/or copyrights owned by Wizards of the Coast LLC. Magic: The Gathering, all card names, artwork, and related game content are property of Wizards of the Coast.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Card prices, legality data, and deck-build recommendations are estimates aggregated from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. You use the Service at your own risk.

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.

You retain ownership of decks, collection lists, scan history, and other content you create. This data lives in your browser by default. If you sign in, we sync it to our servers solely so you can access it across devices.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that violates the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page, which removes your server-side data.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled per the policy of our payment processor (Stripe). Cancelling stops future charges; access continues through the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service itself.
